(NewsBreakDaily.org) – On June 29, President Trump scored a win with the courts. A New York judge upheld a temporary restraining order halting the publication of Mary Trump’s tell-all book.
Mary is President Trump’s niece. She’s the daughter of Fred Trump Jr, his late brother. Her book is meant to embarrass the president and the Trump family.
Mary’s book is titled “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man.” It was supposed to be released on July 28, but Tuesday’s ruling has put a stop to that.

According to Bloomberg, the book’s publisher, Simon & Schuster, was ordered by Justice Hal Greenwald to stop any release of the tell-all. They can’t even release excerpts to the press. This ruling stops the president’s niece from telling the media anything about her book at all.
The lawsuit against her was filed by Robert Trump, the president’s younger brother. He argued the information in the book violated a secrecy agreement that was signed 20 years ago.
Mary’s attorney and Simon & Schuster have both vowed to appeal Tuesday’s decision.
