FBI Notes Prove Obama Directed Flynn Investigation

FBI Notes Prove Obama Directed Flynn Investigation

(NewsBreakDaily.org) – This week some shocking handwritten notes came to light showing Barack Obama directed key parts of the investigation into former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

The notes were written by fired and disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok. His notes reflected Comey’s account of a January 5, 2017 meeting that took place in the Oval Office. Attending the meeting: former President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, and FBI Director James Comey.

Strzok’s Notes

Strzok’s notes show Obama personally instructed Comey and Yates to investigate Flynn. Obama was concerned about some routine calls Flynn had with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Obama also suggested they keep some critical information from President Trump and his incoming administration.

This news is stunning. It proves that Obama himself was directing a criminal investigation into his enemy’s foreign policy advisor.
“Make sure you have the right people on it,” Obama told Comey.

Another revelation in the newly-released notes is Comey believed the Flynn-Kislyak calls were “legit.” They knew all along Flynn had done nothing wrong, but they continued the investigation anyway.

Biden Played a Role

Strzok’s notes also show Biden played a role in the scam. Biden suggested in the meeting they use the Logan Act against Flynn.

The Logan Act is an 18th-century law that states private citizens cannot engage in political speech with foreign countries.
Biden’s idea was absurd on its face. The old law wouldn’t apply to an incoming national security advisor. As usual, Biden didn’t know what he was talking about.

Comey, Yates, and Rice have all admitted to the main substance of that Jan. 5 meeting. Biden, at first, denied knowing anything about the Flynn investigation, but when he was pressed, he admitted that he knew. Obama remains silent.

Barr Calls for Investigation

Trump’s Attorney General William Barr has called for an investigation into how the Obama administration handled the Flynn case. US Attorney John Durham is leading the investigation. Durham’s inquiry is ongoing, but many people are expecting him to find evidence of criminal wrongdoing.

Strzok’s handwritten notes were part of a court filing by the Justice Department. Judge Emmett Sullivan ordered the documents to be filed under seal. He didn’t want the notes ever to be shown to the American public.

Sullivan initially refused to grant the DOJ’s request to dismiss the charges against Flynn. He instead appointed a shadow prosecutor to continue going after him.

On Wednesday, a federal appeals court ordered Sullivan to dismiss all of the charges against Flynn.

Strzok’s notes show that Flynn was railroaded, and Obama and Biden were complicit. Now we wait for the criminal referrals to come out from the Durham investigation.
